LMFAO have split. The duo, comprised of Stefan Kendal "Redfoo" Gordy and his nephew, Skyler Austen "SkyBlu" Gordy, have decided to go their separate musical ways. Redfoo told the Associated Press that after five or six years together, they wanted to do “what’s natural and just explore… instead of forcing it all the time.” The MC added he is focused on a solo career as well as developing a clothing line. The duo are open to reuniting in the future but for now they are heading in “different directions.”

May D launches his own record label, Confam Entertainment . At the moment he’s the only one on the label, but word is there might be a UK singer on deck pretty soon.
Word was he might have signed to HKN records, and at another time Chocolate City. There have also been rumors of a law suit at Square Records from May D, but none of that has been confirmed.

May D has been gaining a lot of momentum over the past year with his hits Ile Ijo & One Night Stand steady gathering steam, and his appearances on other songs have added extra spice to his resume.

ABUJA — As the deadline for the review of the International Court of Justice, ICJ, ruling on Bakassi closes in, the Federal Government appears to have come under intense pressure from groups and organisations to reconsider its earlier position not to appeal the verdict.
Attorney General of the Federation, Mohammed Adoke, had foreclosed any hope of reclaiming Bakassi, on the grounds that government was not ready to contest the ICJ verdict, which handed over the oil-rich peninsula to Cameroun in 2002.

Growing up for me was basic. I was born in Lagos, precisely Lagos Island, Obalende. The neighbourhood then was just a small community. Everybody knew each other, which for me was nice. I was surrounded by fun and happy people and very liberal parents but my mum being a teacher will not allow you certain things. But then, there was still some level of freedom which explains why I can still turn out to be a DJ and my parents did not disown me.

After weeks of thrilling performances, hectic rehearsals, and a lot of laughter, the Green family has emerged winners of the sixth season of Maltina Dance All TV show, walking away with N6m and a brand new Toyota Avensis.

The Greens were announced as winners at a grand finale which took place at the Expo Centre of the Eko Hotel and Suites. The show was anchored by familiar host Kemi Adetiba with judges Janell Burgess, Muyiwa Oshinaike, Michael Adegoke present.

The Green family beat four other families Efiokwu, Boyle, Zibe and Eghove that had qualified for the grand finale. All five families gave their last performance to thrill the audience and boost their votes.
